A small reception followed were everybody enjoyed special Indian tea and cookies.

January 2008

Rinpoche visited the Romanian group of Bucarest where he gave teachings and received patients for healing and counsellings, long time awaited visit.

December 2007

Rinpoche participated in a special event, the international brand conference 'Marka', in Turkey. A great opportunity to speak about the mind and to introduce Buddhist topics to an audience not usually interested or accustomed to such ideas.

August 2007

Practices  are continuing in Melikova center in Ljubljana all month of August with a quite active program, see the calendar on Dharmaling web site.
Rinpoche continues to receive patients for healing, and counseling every weeks.

Summer retreat/seminar:
As we could not find any suitable place for our summer seminar, it will be held under the form of a more open seminar in Melikova center in Ljubljana. Every day will be divided in morning and afternoon sessions with talks from Rinpoche to lead the daily meditations.
This seminar is open to all, and this year topic will be peace and Emptiness.

July 2007

Rinpoche participated in the summer camp organized by Dharmaling for children, and has been a support for animators to learn how to turn everyday activities and life sharing with children into Dharma practice. A full time challenging practice on how to actively work on our weak points. Since the children camp doesn't allow much sleep and rest, and demands a lot of energy and constant attention and awareness, many emotions and delusions surface, and provide a great opportunity to practice without delaying.
Rinpoche also answered questions and needs of children, and on their requests meditated with some of the children. A group meditation was also organized at the end of an evening activity to refresh young minds. The camp was not a religious camp per-se, but Buddhist values such as care, attention, non-violence, non-aggressive competition, etc.. were promoted and benefited all participants.
